The Scene(Berlin)
A booklet The Scene(Berlin) published on the occasion of the exhibition “The Scene(Berlin)” at rin art association in 2020(Japan). The booklet is uniquely created from “The Scene (Berlin)” series, where a figure is combined from a hand-scanned figure and a figure that is shown from a mirror, “Mood of the Statue” , which is comparing the relation of a figure on concrete, the motif frequently used by Takizawa, and a figure printed on paper, and “Tears” the first ever movie works from Takizawa as an homage to Man Ray.
The study is from the art critic Takuya Nakao and stated as “Giving a sight to the place of the border”, which gathers Takizawa’ s works with the keyword “Border”.
