Men I would do
This 16-page zine by artist, designer, and organizer Rosalie Schweiker is a coloring book with a twist. Featuring historical figures ranging from Cicero to Barack Obama, Men I Would Do offers a playful and subversive take on power dynamics and desire.
By reimagining these men as objects of attraction and inviting the reader to color their images, Schweiker subverts traditional views of femininity and agency. The coloring process transforms the iconic figures into vessels for personal expression, effectively reclaiming a space often governed by the male gaze.
