Claudia de la Torre spent 99 minutes at the Amerika-Gedenk- bibliothek, browsing the shelves and selecting books that had the number 99 in their call numbers. While in the library, de la Torre used a scanner to copy only page 99 from each of these books. When the time was up, she left with the scans. This book is the result of that quest.
