From the 1960s and 70s to the present day, postcards have continued to serve as a medium for contemporary artistic expression, especially in reference to the Fluxus movement. The act of sending and receiving these cards retains its analog charm in our digital age. In the context of a cabinet of curiosities, artists Claudia de la Torre, Rahel Zoller and a curator Regine Ehleiter are invited to showcase their collection of artists’ cards, reevaluating artists' cards as miniature exhibition spaces for contemporary interpretation.

Invited artists & curator
Claudia de la Torre is a Mexican, Berlin-based artist, educator and independent publisher who creates artworks situated at the intersection of printed media, conceptual publications, and installation. Using the basic concept of a book as her guide, she examines the structures and relationships of surface, form, and ideas.

Regine Ehleiter is an art historian and curator, based in Berlin. She currently works as a postdoctoral researcher at the EXC 2020 'Temporal Communities' of the Freie University, Berlin. Her doctoral thesis, a transnational study on exhibitions in the form of publications in the 1960s, has just been published by Edition Metzel.

Rahel Zoller is a London based artist and book arts and design specialist and educator. Her work questions the concept of what a book is by subverting, embracing, and interrogating the form and materiality of the book itself. Whilst also considering the interaction between user, creator and society.
