An event at einBuch.haus with Marguerite La Rosée in dialogue with Micah Lexier’s exhibition The wall is a piece of paper.
Make things as simple as possible, but no simpler.

“I came across Micah Lexier’s work and einBuch.haus while looking for a birthday present for my cousin. I had just moved to Pankow and explored the street. When I saw the wall with lines and dots from outside I immediately thought I somehow wanted to play in front of it. I had a conversation with Jae Kyung Kim, the owner of the gallery and luckily also got to meet Micah who told me more about his work and his search for simplicity. It reminded me of the Cellosuites by Bach. Polyphonic works often compressed and simplified into one line. I am so looking forward to play the 6th Suite for you at the gallery on 16th of November.
On Saturday, November 16, from 6:00 p.m., the doors of einBuch.haus will open for a unique evening where Marguerite La Rosée will perform Bach's Suite No. 6. Come to listen, come to see, and let yourself be drawn into this rare communion of sight and sound.”
