Shipping policy

Packaging and delivery are billed to the customer. We ship with or without tracking numbers. Shipping rates are dimension and weight-based. We can't provide tracking information if you choose to ship without tracking, and there is no guarantee that we will be able to find the package and no responsibility if the book is lost on its way. We encourage you to choose the shipping with tracking option.

The delivery time in Germany is approximately 3–4 working days, in Europe approximately 5–10 working days. Worldwide, the delivery time is 10–30 working days.

We ship worldwide with some exceptions. Please check the ‘Country’ dropdown in the checkout if we deliver to your country. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. As customs regulations vary by country, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
