You will be guided through the steps of how to make a glue binding and to glue covers with book binding cloth. We’ll finish off with a little collage element and you can take home a cute miniature book for text or tiny drawings. Anschließend kannst du dein eigenes Miniaturbuch mit nach Hause nehmen – perfekt für Texte oder kleine Zeichnungen. She studied fine arts and art history at Brooklyn College (2014) and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design at University of Europe in Berlin (2018). Following her degree, Julia studied book history at Lund University in Sweden, and completed an internship at a bookbindery (Buchbinderei Alexandra Klünder) in Berlin. An important part of Julia's practice involves teaching workshops in bookbinding as well as supporting other creatives with their artist's books.
